I'm in my last week of the 2nd trimester and so excited about it!!! This may sound strange, but the weeks seem to be flying by while the 2nd trimester seems like it's been forever! Only 13 weeks left. I told B that last night and he said "I remember when we were only 13 weeks in and still worried!" I'm so glad to be here!
I had the VP of my department ask me the other day "Are you getting to the point where you just want it over yet?" I actually had to ponder this question. My response was "I have my days, but I've been told I'm getting close to that point." And I think that is exactly where I stand. I won't lie, I have my days when I just can't wait for it to be over, or at least my moments, like now when my hip hurts and my back aches and I can't get comfortable and I'm over-tired from lack of sleep. But thankfully I still have my good days when I feel great and 3 exciting showers to look forward to!

Hi Brandi! Thanks for the award! Sorry I missed the post about it. I can't believe you're at 27 weeks already! Wow, the time really flies! You'll be a mom before you know it!
ReplyDeleteI haven't been on MBIS08 lately either. Frankly, now that nearly everyone there has gotten pregnant it's far too depressing. I know that's kind of selfish, but I can't help it. In order to keep my spirits up, I need to not be constantly reminded that it hasn't happened for me yet.
